I got the HTC HD2 and its great! It has a really big screen, the only shitty part was that it had windows mobile as a OS. But it was really easy to put android on there.

I highly recommend the HTC Inspire 4G on ATT wireless, or a HTC Thunder with Verizon wireless. Amazing phones. I'd stay away from iPhone 4's as they have had more problems than any other phone manufactured in the last 5 years (bad sensors, horrible antenna, etc).

droid thunderbolt is amazing but it's battery runs out after like 4-12 hours depending on how much you use in and what you do. I love it tho
