I say leave it in, he did do more than most rippers.

Perhaps in the future, it should be clear that it's NOT permitted to use of work from DeviantArt that isn't under the Resources section or specifically states you can use it in your own work (like my C4Ds on my DA have that stated in the comments). That, and any such stocks should be linked to by the person who used it.

I dont think you can call a sig similar to one in a tutorial a rip...

Not a rip. Same stock, same c4ds, but the right side is completely different and Ruffinguy way overdid it with the lighting.

which technically means pooch is fine , becuase he coudve used the render and cut out some of the bg from the stock and used it , which means NOT a rip , he is innocent until proven guilty and you cant prove he didnt use a render with a stock as a background so ,
