Deviantart is where designers show their graphics. He took someone's graphics, edited it and added his name on it.

You don't know anything about GFX at all, do you?
It's like me taking your youtube background, add a couple lens flares & my name on it claiming it's mine. That's ripping. That's what he did. It isn't a stock, it's someone's graphic. In the description it even states that no one can use it.
Again, how can't you get it?

What you don't understand for OUR SOTW, using stocks from other pieces of graphics is allowed as long as you don't completely rip it. He obviously spent some time on it and did some work. What part of this do you not understand that Advisable didn't do that?

It was difficult to come up with something. You can see my signature kinda is dated to the "renascence" time period about 600odd years ago, since then there has been drastic changes in religion, technology, fashion, etc. In my opinion it's like an Evolution.
That's my honest thought as to why I feel my entry is valid.
