What you don't understand for OUR SOTW, using stocks from other pieces of graphics is allowed as long as you don't completely rip it. He obviously spent some time on it and did some work. What part of this do you not understand that Advisable didn't do that?

Are you so stupid so you're not able to understand the meaning of "copyrighted"? I don't care you local rules, the fact is that all my graphics and artworks are copyrighted, even if this is just a part of it, and I DO NOT ACCEPT that someone use it, modify it. I thank Departed so much for reporting me that someone ripped my work. Once again, using my work without my explicit permission is NOT ALLOWED and I could engage legal procedure. The client who will buy this artwork could also engage legal procedure if someone still use it without permission. So I ask you to remove immediately all the post where my ripped artwork is shown. My work is not stock, I'm a professional graphic designer, so don't try to ripp my work because I will be determinated to erase any of my copyright violation.

Actually, as your position around here is "moderator", you should already know this, and 1/ remove all posts with ripped content without waiting the original creator asking for it, and 2/ you should ban users who are rippers...or maybe we should consider this forum as a kind of "pirate forum", so it should need to be reported? This user have to be banned, and you should have a better look to your local rules. I think you also have nothing of a "moderator".

Sorry for using your'e work as a stock didn't realise all this madness would happen over your'e image..
anyway it's a lesson learned for me and by the way you are very talented and your'e art is very nice.

I did even more to mine then a member did for their Batman SOTW entry

I understand that and I do not disagree with you, that member should have been disqualified but it was overlooked. The member didn't win or come runner up so it doesn't mean anything and I understand your anger, however I think it was still appropriate that your entry just didn't have enough to it. I'm no moderator I'm just giving my honest opinion.
