Hey Guys,
I plan on buying a gaming PC for Christmas, but I am going to be ordering it in about two weeks.
My price range would be roughly 800euro give or take. ($1,112.32 or £695)
If possible I need it to be able to play games such as Battlefield at high settings, and record at the same time, I would also like lots of RAM as I do a lot of video rendering

With all the parts, it should be around 800 to 1000 euros.
And, if you want to get more FPS while recording you could always add a second 560 or 6950 in SLI or Crossfire..
Recommended setings for BF3 are a 6950 or a 560 so yeah

I checked and everything there should be compatible with eachother.
Hope this helps
How would that help him?
The GT440 plays it on Medium with no AA;

Like I said a 6950 or 560 (Ti) is what you need.
And, if you'd like to upgrade to a dual videocard like I will next year, you will be able to run it maxed out and record beautifly;
With the i5 2500k you get even more FPS then with a i7 2600k because of the hyperthreading on the i7, Hyperthreading is good for Editing but not so good for videogames.
Woop, here's the benchmark (of the crossfire 6950)
As you can see it's running 60+ FPS

Samsung doesn't make the best hard drives. I would go with something from Western Digital, Seagate, or Hitachi.
