No, it's not a shocker: Activision has this evening confirmed that a new Call of Duty title will hit later this year.
The publisher didn't confirm if the game is a sequel to Modern Warfare 2 or, most likely, one of the historical versions of the franchise that visits famous theatres of war.

u cant really say treyarch make a better game, they took the same engine and models (a few tweaks) but around 95% of the glitches ect where removed fromm w@w when iw patched cod4, and will probbaly do the same via the next game vietnam?
the story will obviously be made up to sell more copys (america didnt get there ass kicked from farmers and magicly won the war)
i agree w@w was tons better than cod4 tho

I hope Treyarch makes it I mean IW and Trey both have their flaws but IW has ROYALY F**KED up for the last damn time...SALUTE!!!(takes a shot and decks a random guy in the face)

even though iw failed they are about 500k people playing on their servers...
i myself hate mw2 too but buying it and saying you hate it wont magically cause them to give all you mw2 haters such as yours our money back

I'd suggest waiting a few weeks after it comes out and seeing what people think of it. At least that's what I'm gonna do. If there's a beta, I'm gonna DL it. This CoD game better have a damn beta...
