People may say this gun is very nooby but there are downsides to it,
These Include:

-Slower Running
-Slower Firing
-Limited View (Aiming down Irons)
-Quick to run low on Ammo
-Slow Reload


But there are a lot more upsides...
These Include:

-Incredable Fire Power
-Good Accuracy

Weighing it out over a long battle the assault and engineers will over power the M60's when they need to reload and if the Assault or Engineers and get close and under there barrel if there on a hill there is no chance of the M60 being able to see the soldier creepy up on them from right under there nose.

Now what does everyone else think?

XM8 Prototype with Magnum Ammo, its definitely OP. i prefer it with Marksmen training though so its easy headshots.

i didnt mean you , it was more of a general statement. I dont get why you hear people complaining about a gun being too good. If thats the case why dont they use it?
