Lmao! xD I moved my 360 while playing COD4 the other day. I had to take the disc to my local Play N Trade (Google them noobs) for them to fix it. Costed me 8 bucks, but works like new. =]
Yeah Ive heard of those repair services where they place it in a machine it spins for like a minute and its good as new(usually). But doesn't that fix method take off a very thin layer of the disc?
Also I am sure if its pretty deep in there is not much they can do for it.
