Error… Cat invasion!
Okay for this you need to know todays date and about 10 minutes.
1. Make a new account on your ps3 and set your birthday to todays date except the year
2. Now choose a year that has an expensive car made in it and set that to your birth year
3. When you log into gt5 it will give you a gift token from the year you were supposedly born and you get a free car.
4. Gift the coupon to your main account and your sorted!
6. Delete save game data on your fake account and repeat!
Also here's a spreadsheet with all cars and year of manufacture, cars with a color means they are the only car made that year

Try this:
Log in to the 'parent' account on the playstation.
Go to 'Account management > Sub Account management' And check to see if any blocks are on.
If this doesn't allow you to go online then I think the problem might be with your own personal internet parental safety settings.

UPDATE: I check, it is set to PERMIT. and Allowing spending.
I went to network and parental settings. turned it OFF. But still the same results.....
The Master Japan one can go online...i just made sure that..but still a no go on the 2010 one.

That's strange.
I'll create a 2010 Jap account for you in a couple of minutes, what is the date where you are right now? And how many hours are left in the day?
If you can get online with my account it probably means you messed up somewhere in the sign up process and if you can't get online with it then it means your internet has parental controls blocking you.
