Sonia Alfano's father was murdered by the Mafia in 1993 when she was at University, and has since campaigned on behalf of the relatives of those who've suffered at the hands of Italian organised crime.

Alfano, president of the Italian association for the families of Mafia victims - Familiari Vittime di Mafia, said yesterday:

Alfano appealed last week to the European Commission, calling for the game to be banned, which has a rank-up system within a mob in 'Empire Bay', a fictional New York.
