I doubt he will win, I'm on my iPod now so I can't read his other defense points.
But in the T&C it clearly states numerous times that releasing or using custom firmware was against the law.
Hope he does win, but I would also like to see Sony fixing this problem.

Good Luck to both of them. One of them will deserve whatever is coming to them. However, I am a little disappointed in how GeoHots released this CFW, he made it so that pretty much everyone knew, now there will be a new wave of newfags joining NGU...:mad:
