Sony has already filed another set of documents for tonight. They have gathered up various pieces of “evidence" from a forum post containing regurgitated IRC logs to tweets and snapshots of GitHub repositories.

Let me ref-raze this. I hope GeoHot does lose as he has caused total hell on PSN. Either way didn't Sony win? They didn't get to sue him but the "BIGGEST" ****ing ban hammer ever seen will come down on those guys ass. I understand both sides but because of GeoHot COD is ****ed even more.
