Sony has already filed another set of documents for tonight. They have gathered up various pieces of “evidence" from a forum post containing regurgitated IRC logs to tweets and snapshots of GitHub repositories.

It seems to me that Geohot planned all his moves carefully in case something like this would happen.

1. MW2 is outdated. Games become boring doing the same thing over and over, some people like to use the modded lobbies eg. zombies. Not every 'hacker' uses it for challenge lobbies or to ruin public matches. But I will admit, 12 year olds using godmode and aimbot in a public lobby is very annoying.

2. This CFW has opened so many doors - not all beneficial to the retail gaming world but nontheless, the fact that this guy was able to pull this off w/ or w/out any associates is absolutely amazing.

So before you give him S*** look past the fact that MW2 isn't the only game in the world, and if you want to play an unhackable console, go to microsoft's stunner, OWAIT.
