New Perks/Killstreaks Coming to Black Ops?

By now most of you have seen the Black Ops First Strike DLC trailer. (If you haven't click You must login or register to view this content.)

People have noticed something very interesting in the video. At the beginning of the trailer you see a menu that with multiple options. Of course the most important one being, "First Strike - Content Pack". But if you look below that you'll see a "New Perks/Killstreaks" option.



Could Treyarch actually be bringing new perks and killstreaks? I sure think so. We already know that Treyarch is fond of easter eggs seeing as though they are scattered all over Black Ops, from multiplayer to zombies, even on websites like gknova.

The question remaining though is will it be part of the DLC pack or just an update. I'm almost positive it will be a free update because it wouldn't make sense online with some people having the new killstreaks and perks, while others don't.

I think this might be the same scroll from the launch trailers, like they just added "First Strike - Content Pack 1". I wouldn't get your hopes up

True but there's no, "New Perks/Killstreaks" on that video.

Ohhh interesting.

I think it's just supposed to be a Black Ops feature list, not a list of stuff to be in the "content" pack. Call me a pessimist but I think it's too good to be true.
