New Perks/Killstreaks Coming to Black Ops?

By now most of you have seen the Black Ops First Strike DLC trailer. (If you haven't click You must login or register to view this content.)

People have noticed something very interesting in the video. At the beginning of the trailer you see a menu that with multiple options. Of course the most important one being, "First Strike - Content Pack". But if you look below that you'll see a "New Perks/Killstreaks" option.



Could Treyarch actually be bringing new perks and killstreaks? I sure think so. We already know that Treyarch is fond of easter eggs seeing as though they are scattered all over Black Ops, from multiplayer to zombies, even on websites like gknova.

The question remaining though is will it be part of the DLC pack or just an update. I'm almost positive it will be a free update because it wouldn't make sense online with some people having the new killstreaks and perks, while others don't.

Yeh i think its just the feature list from the old videos, like why would wager match still be there? and customization and weapon customization?

Treyarch can't "patch" in new killstreaks or perks. That's were an "expansion" comes in.

whats the point? it wont make black ops any better because it sucks so bad..

As long as its not paid DLC related because Treyarch wouldn't give perks and leave others without...

You never know. This may be a way for Activision to get some more money. Yes, it may be unfair if some people have the perks/killstreaks and others don't. But I'm sure if this is true, people will just buy it for the new perks and killstreaks...With the maps as a bonus.

But you never know. I'm not going to keep my hopes up. I'm not really sure if I'm going to buy the "content pack" anyway. Don't play games much anymore as it is.
