New Perks/Killstreaks Coming to Black Ops?

By now most of you have seen the Black Ops First Strike DLC trailer. (If you haven't click You must login or register to view this content.)

People have noticed something very interesting in the video. At the beginning of the trailer you see a menu that with multiple options. Of course the most important one being, "First Strike - Content Pack". But if you look below that you'll see a "New Perks/Killstreaks" option.



Could Treyarch actually be bringing new perks and killstreaks? I sure think so. We already know that Treyarch is fond of easter eggs seeing as though they are scattered all over Black Ops, from multiplayer to zombies, even on websites like gknova.

The question remaining though is will it be part of the DLC pack or just an update. I'm almost positive it will be a free update because it wouldn't make sense online with some people having the new killstreaks and perks, while others don't.

They have killstreaks in Zombies now, too?

You could be right however, as they may be adding killstreaks to Nazi Zombies. But then again, there's insta-kill and the like.

I don't know, we just have to wait and see.

I do not think it is likely that they will add perks to normal multi-player but they will most likely add a lot to zombies.

I just hope the PS3 get this first since the PC and PS3 version isn't finished yet, no fanboy-ism

No perks are coming. It would be pointless

I wonder if some those new kill streaks would go passed the last kill streaks...
