My how the tables have turned once again. A surprising turn of events occurred the other day. In regards with the court case between George Hotz (Geohot) and the Sony Corporation. The Judge overhearing the case actually went into the favor of Sony Corporation.

The judge decided California did indeed have jurisdiction of the case and granted Sony's request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against George Hotz.

What does this mean? It means that he has to surrender his PC's, PlayStation 3 consoles and just basically anything he used while hacking into the PlayStation 3 console/gaming equipment.

So in this thread I would like to see what your comments about this is. Do you feel bad for him or do you agree? Can't wait to see what you guys have to comment on.

Sony doesn't sell you the games, they create the platform you play.
The game isn't broken in any way, it's a great game for try-hards and such. Also, don't bring up the graphics because you have no idea what you're talking about, you know nothing about graphics and you never will because you're a moron.

Also, if you perhaps buy a horrible game that in deed is your own forth doing. Everytime before you buy a game, look at reviews, look at its ratings, and look at game-play of it.

Also, EVERY GAME will have a glitch or to, Treyarch is fixing them.

Okay serious man, (almost) everybody knows that the graphics of Black Ops are not as good as Modern Warfare 2. (and MW1, probably the best COD ever) Don't say I don't know anything about it, I work with a graphics-design company. I know that Sony doesn't make the games, but only the platform. BUT, there is a big leak in the hardware, and GeoHot (maybe more hackers, you never know) has find out that and he hacked it. And that's really not the fault of GeoHot, GeoHot can't do anything about the fault SONY made.....
But I still hope the hacks will get away, within a few years (maybe 2012) the PS4 will come out, and I hope they make the hardware (and software) better so that a hacker can't hack it. And then everybody will be happy, because then there will be no hackers and the games are real games again. Because if you can hack them, you could better make your own game and it will not be fun and challengin, AND THAT IS WHAT GAMES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE !!!!!! :y::y::y::y::y:

I personally think George saved us a lot of money for the hackers. IF he hadn't of released the CFW, I would have gone mad. I had been watching ALL of my friends hosting Challenge lobbies and such with their 'waste of money and time' DONGLE. I'm still greatful for the fact that I can still host lobbies but I don't think it's worth him going to court.

GeoHot is the reason the PSN is the way it is right now. Not many hackers have such a no life such as GeoHot.
