Great, another dip-shit.
Sony created it, they can change it and tamper with it all they want.
Also, you can change it to fit your needs all you want but remember it's illegal.
Keep the flaming off, I thought we were having a mature conversation.
You need to realize that if you buy the product, then you OWN it, I'll do whatever I feel like, If I want to destroy it with a ****ing Bull-dozer then I'll do it.
I don't know how Sony expected people were going to pay $300+ just to play games in a console. The damn thing has a lot of potential. If that were the case, then why they didn't simply put a simple dashboard, strip all features different than executing games and lower the price to less than $200?
In the old days, people bought the PS3 because it had backwards compatibility and OtherOS, you could essentially turn it in a PC, something the other consoles do not offer, but now it's just like the others, but more strict.

This is a pathetic attempt by Sony to fix a problem they left in the open for a long time. How is having a custom OS for the PS3 any different than custom OS for the iPhone/iPod?

I did... Geohot bought the PS3. Therefore he now owns it.
Quoted to notify you too.
