> After taking what you want from the chest, find Ahkari. (merchant camping just outside dawnstar) and save game.
> Now Kill Ahkari and reload your savedata (dont save after killing him!)
> Look at Ahkari's shop...it will be refreshed.
> Run to your refreshed chest, get new loot.
Repeat.

Mystery solved:
All merchants have chests buried beneath the map. This chest is the inventory of the Kahjit trader named Ahkir. He can be found outside of Dawnstar. I believe the chest respawns every first of the month.

And did u get some good stuff in chest? I got like 5 enchanted weapons and a shit load of soul gems

I don't really know. I just found that on Google, and it seems legit. And yea I got tons of enchanted weapons and soul gems. That seems to be his main stock.

Then get the speech skill up to 70, and invest in the riverwood who has 11,000 gold at a time
