> After taking what you want from the chest, find Ahkari. (merchant camping just outside dawnstar) and save game.
> Now Kill Ahkari and reload your savedata (dont save after killing him!)
> Look at Ahkari's shop...it will be refreshed.
> Run to your refreshed chest, get new loot.

Repeat.

Right when you fast travel turn around, it's a female Cat named Ahkira, sometimes there is a tent, other times not.

The days depend on the month because they also follow months as Jan, Feb and so on
Here are the months and days

Morning Star-January 31 days
Sun's Dawn-February 28 days but 29 every four years
First Seed-March 31 days
Rain's Hand-April 30 days
Second Seed-May 31 days
Midyear-June 30 days
Sun's Height-July 31 days
Last Seed-August 31 days
Heathfire-September 30 days
Frostfall-October 31 days
Sun's Dusk-November 30 days

The khajit camp travels around in a rotation and the dawnstar camp goes riften windhelm and dawnstar.

Thanks derrek, I knew about this before but i didnt know that you could refresh the shop and i forgot where the chest was Smile
