well as a series cod of course. my two favorite things of all time is mw2 multiplayer and world at war zombies. with world at war every weekend i would get on zombies at 7 and play til 3 in the mourning, and truthfully i think i was some of the most fun ive ever had, then with mw2 me and all my friends did nothing else but sit around and play, during the summer we would get up at like 12 and play from then til 3 or 4 in the mourning, with small breaks of course, and we were the popular group. and all we did was talk about mw2, i mean we couldnt go 5 minutes without saying something about it. i mean those were the great days of gaming, and i really miss it, this might sound nerdy but it makes me sad thinking about what great times we had playing it, and me and my friends still sit and reminis the memories and how great they were, and mw3 or any other game isnt like that, and i dont think it will ever be.

Mmmm... have to say open world games have been most influential games like fallout 3, Skyrim, Oblivion, and Just Cause 2, Grand Theft Auto 4, have been the most "influential" COD just took alot of different first person shooter ideas from the pc and modified them to work on a console NO DOUBT they did it well but FPS have always been a most played game type since the counter strike and quake of yesteryear. I also think best is a matter of opinion and I have to say I can't name one there are sooooooooo many. Assassin's Creed(series I mean 4 amazing games come on wow guys), Uncharted(my personal favorite series.), All Bethesda's games (fallout, elder scrolls) speaking of Rage and borderlands also fit the above open world games as well as Dead Island, Motion and physical action has also been greatly introduced and pushed to little avail though among real gamers this generation. I definitely wanna see NEW TITLES though to those out there in developing. I mean on this generation it is no question we have seen sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel with some titles getting up to 5 releases this generation alone no gen ever had as many sequels as this generation thats for certain I would love to see some more new IPs pop up around the place. Yet we all still beg for these sequels one after the other cause we don't get enough with one game unlike two generations ago when we could all play our (Goldeneye, Mario 64, Smash Bros., Mario Kart 64, Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct, NFL Blitz, Star Fox, and the rest for hours and hours and hours and hours and hours on end without thought of a need for a sequel.
