how to turn 'chat' back on;

disable 'loungechat', save game, restart game, enable 'loungechat, save game and restart game.
if you turn 'chat' back on, your 'questname' will not be avaiable anymore so you gonna have to choose... Winky Winky

for the collectors; if you update 'museum', you will receive all museumcards @ once...

so the car the guy was using switched to the other guys cars and he was driving the other guys car?

Thats weird... i tried to, i clicked F1 then enter but the car didnt switch "/ should i enable anything it menu?

I have not idea, i messed up with the menu.. 1st press F1 then find a guy by pressing a number to change the car and then press ENTER to switch cars. Make sure the guy has a mic cuz i think you can't see the car change but he does.
