The chip you seek isn't exactly what you are after.. The people that are finding these hidden chips have referred to them as 5727c chips but the truth is the unique paint ones are really custom created chips that have special properties and the 5727 chip itself is a restore to stock chip.. The special ones you seek are really chips that have been assigned that name because the finders have somehow used codes from said chip to achieve odd results.. I also wish you luck but be aware that the actual 5727 is just to restore original paint

There are lots of 5727cc paint chips hidden in GT5.
And they all could be something different, just as lots of unnamed paint chips are totally different.

At least the RestoreIt (Now who would have come up with that name :nerdSmile paintchip and the one with all the changing colors are two different ones.
I haven't found the acid version, but i also haven't really searched for it yet.

Image looks extremely badly Photoshopped to me, the wheel arches don't like right either. Also there's no line details in the body of the car at all which really does make it look extremely 'shopped as well as the fact they've painted over the side grills next to the mirrors and door handles...

Original looks like this

The screenshot of the teal coloured Subaru BRZ still looks really dodgy that the side vents are no longer there. Not really that important anyway I guess.
