so... i have painted my cars this using garage editor and the paint code... how can i add this as paint chips?

Modify the existing paint chip And you can add more of the chips with the Garage Editor 1.3.1 so use that if you don't want to loose any of your current paints.

basically the last solid colour is torch red which is code D4E and if i add 100 of these then open hxd and search for D4E and replace with D50 i should get this chip but it keeps saying value not found

Didn't really understand but I'll explain you how to do this.

So first add Silver Chrome paint with the editor.

Then search for the 6E6F6E65 088E05 in hex.

Category Code

SOLID = 00
METALLIC = 01
PEARL = 02
COLOUR SHIFT = 03
MATTE = 04
CHROME = 05


So change it to 6E6F6E65 0D50 05 or which ever category you want it in.

I can't find 6E6F6E65 088E05 in HxD.... I press ctrl+f and search it but can't find anything, I can find 6E6F6E65 and 088E05 separate but not together. What am I doing wrong? I add the paints in garage editor 1.3 and close the save, then I open HxD and said value isn't there. Help?

First you add chrome silver paint with the editor, add like 10 plus.

Open in HxD after decrypting the file

Ctrl+f click on HEX option

paste 6E6F6E65 088E05 in the field & hit enter

modify the paint, use the rim code, not the body chip, for instance Chrome black my code become

6E6F6E65 0D0505

then hit f3 to go to the next chip, it does one at a time, do like 5 or so

It didnt seem to work for me the first time I did 1 chip, but when I did 10 at a time, it worked. I dont know if that had anything to do with it, but if you repeat what I did it should work.
