I put in the ride height SpecDB data for the cars too, just to give you a glimps of what is written in the GT6 code. Ohh and before you say some dumb shit like its 70 and 100 the values used, recognize the code is written with no decimal points ever, things like 100.0 Power Limiter for example, is in the code as 1000. The values you see represent 7 & 10, and this can easily be confirmed testing the caster angle in the game as its been explained how to do to you many many many times...

Different point, I updated to 1.17 yesterday and I was not able to adjust final gear at all without a reset, any method I tried, even the ones in your video that you posted. I am resorting to using top speed and gears alone because of this. I am not sure how your game was capable of normal adjustments and mine was not.

sinister, if you have not been banned before, you would have same creds like these 2 there. I checked tuning directory on gtp, the rido tunes almost got all perfect stars, he must be doing something right. lap time is not the end of word in tuning.

For those who want to doubt the locked diff test as OdeFiNN is getting called out for results, I put this video together demoing the 100/100/100 locked diff, and the 100/0/0 locked diff in data logger with speed, throttle input, brake input and left/right wheel speeds indicated

If more videos showing different configurations are needed simply ask for them, I can show a 0/100/100 unload every time the throttle or brake is lifted and at 100% whenever on throttle or brake, its not that hard to set the diff up and see for yourselves in Data logger with your own cars, why y'all need others to collect data for you???? You could see for yourselves in a matter of minutes and your doing the testing so you know its legit...
Its pretty clear using a 100/0/0 results in a full time locked diff and that anything above 100% total doesn't matter, so 100/0/0 is equal to 100/anything/anything raising the Accel or Deccel above 0 when the INT is at 100 is straight up irrelevant, 100% locked is 100% locked its as simple as that........

This is a snap from running 0/100/100 showing Off Throttle and Off Brake an offset in wheel speed can be seen 0 INT is loose, especially compared to 60 INT but since the INT is Zero its not full time lock even with 100/100 Accel/Deccel the zero INT loosens shit up a lot.
This is a snap when using a 60/60/60 diff set up Clearly showing while 60 INT is much tighter than a 0 INT an offset in wheel speeds is still seen clearly proving 60/60/60 is NOT a full time locked diff.....

Do you really need to see the code to know there is caster in GT6? Its pretty clear just looking at a car when it turns the steering wheel. Ive explained this to you but you are unable to look at the front tires on your own. Ive posted pics for you already, but here are some more

You are interestingly talking about NASCAR tuning in GT6 (why is that? lol) Compared to Real Life?? Are you okay?? We can't adjust caster in GT6 while Caster tuning/ caster splitting in NASCAR IS CRITICAL along with offset wheel angle settings using a different amount of camber on the outside vs inside. NASCAR tuning also is much to do with aerodynamic properties that GT6 SIMPLY DOES NOT SIMULATE. GT6 is a TERRIBLE NASCAR Simulator, but its a good enough game to include some NASCARS so folks can have fun anyways. If you want to drive NASCAR and tune them like real NASCAR go get a SiM for it..
Oh and NO you are wrong again, as usual, off throttle and brake unless the INT is 100 its not LOCKED, 60 will be tight, but 60% lock does not = 100% lock. No matter what your Accel and Deccel settings are they are NOT doing a damn thing if your not accelerating or decelerating and a INT at 60% lock IS NOT 100% locked..........

What I tried to do is set the top speed to 180 set the gears, test and adjust the final, resulting in a lowering of the final to get a faster speed on the straight of Mid-Field, then it reset the transmission. If I build it at 199 I don't need to change the final gear for Mid-Field. So, from what I understand of this bug is if I go to a longer or shorter track, I am forced to rebuild my transmission if I need more final gear than the combination of gears will allow?
Also, I just was confused with your good morning statement because it didn't seem like you were sad or feeling down because of something, thus you were not in mourning. I should have asked if you meant one or the other, didn't mean to come across mean about the topic.

I will grab the car and check it out. How much do you intend to vary the top speeds between tracks? For example cars with 7 spds don't need to have the gears set up to use all of the 7 gears on a track like Tskuba and can get away with only running 5 or 6, SOMETIMES not always but sometimes if the gap is too far from the ideal gear set up its best to just use a lower gear as top gear for that particular track. I wouldn't be using all 7 gears on a C7 at Tskuba for example. Imagine all the time spent shifting.
Are we talking about a 20 to 30mph gap or so? I'm trying to figure out how versatile your trying to make the overall set up, how general?
