Alright after you redownload it go on PSNpatch and patch it for your CFW and let me know if it works

Can you be clear on what you are doing?
If you are downloading it from the Playstation store than why are you trying to convert it to BLES?
The 80010017 error is caused by 2 things that I know of. On CFW it can happen when the firmware does not match. You usually get a 80010009 error but sometimes a 80010017 error when that happens. You can get the 80010017 error as a disc error when it is dirty OR if you incorrectly convert a DMR eboot to a NON-DMR eboot.
I don't care if you are pirating the game or not, I just need the correct information to help you. Converting to bles and getting a PSN store game to work are two different things.

no I am just trying to play the game and I say that if I can change the eboot to match the cfw then it would work so I was trying to covert it to bles so i could but A regular eboot.bin so I could play it but I am just trying to play the game and

Since you don't want to answer my questions I can't help you.
If you downloaded it from the store like you said all you have to do is run PSNpatch and have it patch the game like I said in my first reply. If you don't at least try that why should any one of us try to help you?
