Just delete the update from Game Data Utility and run the game and it will ask you to install the update. Press Yes and go through with the installation. Don't change the EBOOT from there. This will ensure that you have the correct EBOOT and you won't get any errors.

I just did this and nothing I get the same exact thing

I use psnpatch 4.70.02 and it is not working I just tried what the other guy said and I still got nothing
