Yes, you can data transfer your 3.55 to your 3.72, but keep in mind, when you do the transfer, you lose everything on your 3.72. Also i wouldn't recommend data transferring your 3.72 to your 3.55, keep your CFW 3.55 as the way it is, not many out there!

Okay, I'm getting confused. So if I have a game on my 3.72 OFW PS3 and I want to mod the files, can I transfer that game's files from my 3.72 OFW PS3 to my 3.55 CFW w/ Spoofer or OFW PS3, mod them, then retransfer from the 3.55 to the 3.72? If so, what would I need to do?

just install the rebug 3.72 spoofer files on your cfw 3.55. you can dt from 3.72 to 3.55 and back. you just loose whatever is on the destination hdd. nothing else changes.

I have a PS3 on 3.55 OFW, that was jailbroken now OFW, Its has the 3.72 spoofer on it, however

I cannot data transfer from my 3.72OFW to my 3.55OFW w/3.72 spoof.
It just hangs (Waiting for Transfer)

Anyone experiance this? Know a fix?

EDIT: Scratch that, it was working

I actually meant 3.72 spoofer, but there is a 3.73 spoofer available now on You must login or register to view this content.

They ask not to hotlink files, so you must scroll down the page to find the spoofer
