So I bought an e3 flasher and it should be here in 2-3 days. My question is, should I stay at 4.41 or update to 4.46?

Yes update it. You might want to update and if you're going to use Flasher then make sure that your doing it correctly.

Don´t update because your PS3 I´ll brick with PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.05
PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.05 is for 4.41 and PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.04 is for 4.40, so if you update it, just wait for PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.06 or you´ll brick if you use the new method without dongle
