So I bought an e3 flasher and it should be here in 2-3 days. My question is, should I stay at 4.41 or update to 4.46?

You can downgrade if you use the old method with dongle, but if you use the new mothod without dongle, you have to wait for PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.06 or your ps3 will brick

wait for PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.06 or try using PS3_Nor_and_Nand_Auto_Patcher_v0.05 with your own risk. You have to make some back ups, so if your ps3 brick, you have your back ups
