After I mount the game it and start it, it loads for a bit and then gives me an error saying "There's a problem with the disc you're using. It may be dirty or damaged" Please help.

Try loading it from internal, i try the game on rogero and rebug 4.46 and it works 100% on external .

Just put a disc in there and load again, or use ps3ita manager FAKE BD.

Yeah i tried that. I loaded a different game up but that works fine. Its just watchdogs giving me the error

Hmm i did some googling for you, and 3 other people (who have posted) are in the same situation/issue like you.
...If not due to game being on external drive, then it could be maybe cos of corrupted/incomplete backup dump.. So yeah i suggest maybe redownloading duplex's backup from another source if you can.

Edit: Wait, before redownloading, may be worth a shot for you, try replacing eboot with Opoisso893's fixed 1.00 & 1.01 4.21+ modified eboots ↴
