After I mount the game it and start it, it loads for a bit and then gives me an error saying "There's a problem with the disc you're using. It may be dirty or damaged" Please help.

Sorry I'm new to this stuff so I'm not sure what to do. I downloaded the eboots and which one should i replace with the one in USRDIR folder? The update is on my usb and I will install that using the install packages option. It is the eboots that are confusing me. Thank you for the help again.

i was on 4.55 and got same thing
downgraded went to 4.46 rebug and internal it worked... spoofing to 4.55 prob but then again no need
im guessing till a 4.55 fix comes out try downgrading
also im re downloading the game completely and i'll try on 4.55 tomo
i also tried the eboots they did not work for me so yeah

If you want to play offline first test & try the one from 1st link i provided (v1.00 one) but for 4.21+ PS3s eboot. If it works for you, after quit game and correct on USB from install packages option install this ->You must login or register to view this content.

If then suddenly somehow doesn't work after for you. Download 2nd link (v1.01) resigned for 4.21+ one & via FTP or USB + MultiMan file manager copy paste/transfer to update data/"game" folder this time "dev_hdd0/game/BLES01854/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN" <- & ye replace/over-right that.

Edit: Oh & if you haven't already, but if it is, you might change/edit the duplex-watch.dogs folder to "BLES01854-[Watchdogs]" instead. Like what this guy does ->

If none of the above work, then hmm probably the ripped copy you downloaded's incomplete/corrupted/not full. So yeah download from another source.. As i doubt it has to do with Rogero's 4.55 firmware.. Edit: but maybe it'll work & worth a shot downgrading to Rebug REX 4.46 as xiVIPERR said & letting Multiman patch the game's eboot.

I got an error 80010017 when I loaded the game up after switching the EBOOT with version 1.00. After googling it said "Failure in authorizing SELF. Program authentication fail (Error starting BluRay game)" What should I do next? Thanks again

Did you use the 4.21+ fix or eboot for 3.55 one? hmm, anyway still carry on, 1.01 resigned fix & if that doesn't work, try after with retail 1.01 PKG update that's on your USB .
