You should be able to downgrade, I downgraded my PS3 on HABIB 4.65 with ROGERO 999 Downgrader, then I enabled QA Flag, and then I updated to Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7 on recovery mode to get out of the 999 Downgrader.

Yea, use rogero downgrader 3.55 rsod. If it's not rebug then I use that downgrader n never had any problems while on CEX

Have you tried installing another 4.66 CFW then using the downgrader fw?

Try installing darknet 4.66 then using rogero rsod 3.55 downgrader. I just downgraded mine the other day from that so I could convert it back to DEX.
