Yea, like last guy said. Have you tried doing it from recovery menu?

yeah i did I got the message "This update data is not supported on this system." When trying the downgrade from the recovery menu, I get the "No update data found" message. Thanks for your response.

Well, maybe you'll have to wait for a higher CFW to come out then. Either that or keep trying different firmwares

do u have ur usb pluged in in the right slot with the folder called PS3 then UPDATE then that file called PS3UPDAT.pup?

i got it guys went to buy like 3 usbs and only one worked thank ya soo much suck the only thing i cant get back is my iPodModz Account
