tried restoring default setting, restart, psn patch, new account, different firmwares, dex, cex i cant find any could soloutions on this.

Are you sure your CID is correct?

If you're on DEX, you'll need to change your PS3ID to CEX via Rebug Toolbox (assuming you're on Rebug)

Go to debug settings on bottom of settings menu and go to np envioroment it should say np if it says st-np then change to np and restart console and it should now let you online
