tried restoring default setting, restart, psn patch, new account, different firmwares, dex, cex i cant find any could soloutions on this.

someone please help me resolve this issue, if its solved il post a thread on it.. all credit to the smart guy ofcourse.

You'll need to do it every time you turn your PS3 on/open Rebug Toolbox.

You are probably fine. Confirm what CFW you are on in toolbox. Make sure your Lv2 and target are BOTH showing as DEX. If they are, put in rebug mode, so it spoofs to 4.76. Then spoof psid in the far right column at the bottom, to CEX 84. It will go back to 82 after the ps3 reboots. You will have to do this everytime you what online.

Alternatively, if your psid/cid has "82" in it (1000082xxxxxx) ....change it to "84" (1000082xxxxxx) or whatever country of origin your in (I assume US.) You'll be fine.

Go into webman and change the 82 to 84

And if ll else fails then that error code is also same as invalid/banned cid just get a new cid and it will work are you sure you pulled the correct eid from the bios dump?

Alright, when i try create and acccount i get cid that stupid banned messege, then when i change my cid it lets me create an account. BUT Still comes up as "Error, You have been signed out of PSN", mY CID has 87 & 82 in it, im from uk.

BUT when it doesnt let me sign in after i change my cid it has a different ERROR code.

is this a DNS or MAC Address problem?
