tried restoring default setting, restart, psn patch, new account, different firmwares, dex, cex i cant find any could soloutions on this.

someone please help me resolve this issue, if its solved il post a thread on it.. all credit to the smart guy ofcourse.

the cid is legit from my own broken bd console, so its 100 percent not that.
