Whenever I connected to Target Manager I noticed it freezing and whenever I tried to attach a RTM as DEX it wouldn't attach. To get to the point, I ended up starting a system restore and I'm wondering if this will fix my issues? My PS3 will keep my CFW right? I'll just have to reinstall all my PKGs and stuff or?

Haven't done this before... but I don't think this will solve your problem since if this just started occurring and you haven't changed any settings... then it might be a temporary thing... Have you tried restarting your router...

I haven't tried restarting my router yet, but it started happening out of no where. Everything was working earlier in the day. I was also getting the app/game 80028f14 error and I wasn't even playing a game from the app/game folder. I was playing a disk lol

That's why I think formatting your PS3 won't make a difference... try restarting your router if that doesn't work then... are you using more than one menu... since some menu could clash with the same hook... since you said it's freezing when you try attaching...

My bad. I didn't even see there was one. I barely write on NGU.

As for menus, I'm only using RTM for the game. I didn't have any menus installed for it, only an eboot.

Doing a Restore to Default Settings will NOT erase your CFW. It will however erase all of your games and packages, but you will still be on the same CFW. Before doing this though, try going to Multiman and go to settings and find the second to last one. It should say BD ROM Emulator. Make sure it is enabled and try it again.

MY BD ROM Emulater was enabled, but I already did the restore.. Here is my updated issues. I'm having worse problems now.
