Whenever I connected to Target Manager I noticed it freezing and whenever I tried to attach a RTM as DEX it wouldn't attach. To get to the point, I ended up starting a system restore and I'm wondering if this will fix my issues? My PS3 will keep my CFW right? I'll just have to reinstall all my PKGs and stuff or?

If I convert back to CEX can I use Rogero downgrader or should I just use a DEX one like REBUG 999?
