When I first turn the ps3 on the LEDS are alternating
2.4.6.8
To
1.3.5.7

When I press start I get
1.5.6 start blinking

The SD card is in the flasher
The clip is secured onto the motherboard
And the ps3 is a CECHL01
Please help

Try to do the Samsung update for it then put your SD card back on your PC and see if the file is still there. If it is then it did not accept it. Dd you buy the E3 Flasher new or used? The lights that are blinking mean that its not on the clip very well. Try using a clamp or something like that to make sure its clamped down and will stay like that.

Bought it new, where can I get a clamp to fit in the motherboard case ?

Walmart or something should be cheap around $5.

Can someone help me I downgraded my PS3 successfully then I got stuck on factory service mode trying to update to multiple cfw it would not let me update on Rogero downgrader. I then decided to reflash and now I am stuck at 98% on Rogero downgrader. I also left a cd in the blueray drive the whole time don't know if that messed it up sorry I'm a noob.

Most will not but Im sure you can find one that is small enough to because you dont need a big one :p

No unfortunately... your model is a CECHLxx meaning it's a at... therefore, a clamp can't reach the nor chip. An alternative is using an heavy object.... also a "g clamp" could cause damage to the clip. Make sure you don't apply too much pressure...

My solution for the nor clip to work was 2 pennies & tape lol.
But yeah might or might not work for you but it did for me since other methods did not work for me.
