Post: E3 flasher trouble

When I first turn the ps3 on the LEDS are alternating
2.4.6.8
To
1.3.5.7
When I press start I get
1.5.6 start blinking
The SD card is in the flasher
The clip is secured onto the motherboard
And the ps3 is a CECHL01
Please help

That's the method I suggest all the time... even suggested on the first or second page :p... even when one leg is not making contact is can mess everything up...

I used 2 pennies & tape then I used the material like foam thingy lol from the e3 flasher box for the fan screws. I ripped it in half and used that to add a little more pressure to the clip.
After that I never got the error again of nor clip not sitting in place correctly.
