do u remeber changing ur cid at all? either with ccapi or any homebrew that might do it when u load the homebrew up?

I cant rember that where can i go to change the cid ? Will that take the bann away change the console psn id ??

Yes you are correct... by changing your CID(IDPS) you'll be able to remove the ban on your console, but you'll need a new IPDS (These are not sold on NGU).
