Question. How can people use the same CID? I know it possible, but won't PSN or something pick up that 2 consoles are using the same CID and are both active?

Exactly... you can use the same CID for loads of consoles. That's why if you notice public IPDS(CID) gets banned within minutes.

Yep, thought so. See a lot of people sell shared CID's but thats very unwise lol.

That's why it's even suggested for you to extract them yourself... you can buy around 10 motherboards for about $30 on Ebay. You can then extract them and sell them for $10 each or something.
