So, I am trying to do a recovery for a friend, and I can't login to his account, because it's throwing out this random message. No error code. Anyone know a fix?
P.S. my NP enviroment is set to "np". Thanks.

I seem to be getting this too when doing recoveries now. Don't know why :confused:

It's funny because I did a recovery an hour before. Weird.

I last done a recovery probably about 2 hours ago. So something has to be going on. But hope it's nothing too serious

Someone said IP Ban but I doubt it.

Tried to sign in on a second CID. But still nothing, still that timeout error

Well.... honestly i don't have any more ideas...

If settings in rebug toolbox are OK, the active IDPS is changed to CEX before disabling syscalls and the FW is up to date (i have the same one) then i'm literally lost...

Have no access to my PS3 atm to check what could be wrong since i'm not at home for some days, so can't really help anymore... :|

Doesn't seem to be a FW issue either. Because I was on Rebug 4.70.1 and it was giving me the error. I upgraded to Rebug 4.75.3 just incase if it was any FW error. But I still get the timeout.

Happened to me too. However that's only if I make the account online and try sign in or create via ps3. I found a temp fix which is make the account online, then sign into it on ps4 for a sec then sign sign out. It'll allow you to sign in on ps3 after that.
