So, I am trying to do a recovery for a friend, and I can't login to his account, because it's throwing out this random message. No error code. Anyone know a fix?
P.S. my NP enviroment is set to "np". Thanks.

Happened to me too. However that's only if I make the account online and try sign in or create via ps3. I found a temp fix which is make the account online, then sign into it on ps4 for a sec then sign sign out. It'll allow you to sign in on ps3 after that.


I don't have a ps4

If someone gives me their account I can sign in easily. Do you get the error with that too?

So if you sign into the account on PS4, then try sign into PS3 it will let you?

I got signed in with the method you explained. But I keep getting a 'Rockstar game services are unavailable' error. Not sure if that's me or just something else.
