Yes, that's fine you can downgrade. It just needs to be 3.55 or below, so you're fine

You will need the tools first of all, just so you know there aren't any surprises
You can either use an E3 Nor FLahser, Teensy or Progskeet. I would suggest the E3 Nor Flasher since there's more tutorials out there Message me if you need any help

True thanks for the info already got a E3 flasher I can't get the blue lights to come on in it but the green ones and red on cuts on and when I touch the back of the E3 flasher they kinda cut on but when I don't touch it they go away

You need to update the e3 flasher first.
