I made a folder name PS3, then inside that folder I made another one named UPDATE, then I put in the 4.80.1 D rex firmrare in the UPDATE folder, and rename the file to PSUPDAT.PUP

I did not no. I skipped all that and went straight to what was really needed and my cfw still works just fine. Don't make the process harder on yourself

Okay so I tried again from XMB and I still got the same error which stated it was corrupted, then I also pt the system in safe mode and it stated that there was no Firmware found. This is for the Rebub drex 4.80

Yes I am from rebug.me, I tried on ahead and used 4.21 REX and so far its downloding, I guess ima have to update through 4,21 to 4.80 d rex.
And sorry, I'm using my phone to type atm lol, sorry for the double qoute

That is very odd for sure. You are positive that your usb has been formated to FAT32?

Yep I even deleted everything off it, and restarted the process usb wise.
