I dont think you get ip banned cause your ip resets most the time when you reset the router, so what im thinking is your mac banned so you'll probably have to change your mac address

sony does ip ban, chances are your ip might change when you restart your router but some providers only give you the ip and some won't change your ip at all unless you ha ve been hit from a ddoss attack to the point its unusalbe but most providers will change it for you, also some places in the world the providers block the psn servers, to fix this get a payed vpn, most free vpn's have banned ip's or the connections are very limited or garbage. also having a decent vpn will stop you getting hit offline. your more likely to get a mac ban on a game then a ip ban from SEN, ip bans are rare so you shouldn't worry about it.

yea you can do that or just ask your isp to change your IP or unplug router for 24hrs and it should reset only with some isp not all.

They don't ban IP's. That's for sure!

At least someone knows xD chance are he's probably mac banned which is quite rare

A cid you need to get a new console id if thats paying for one etc and set via ccapi...

And mac banned you need to change ur mac address but you can just make 1 up
