I dont think you get ip banned Winky Winky cause your ip resets most the time when you reset the router, so what im thinking is your mac banned so you'll probably have to change your mac address

they do i ip ban.

also ip changing upon reboot is a common myth. everyone has a dynamic assignment unless requested but the public internet protocol only changes randomly unless you can change your routers mac which then it gets reassigned.

the image below is proof of an ip ban which i was subjected to.

They don't. Cause IP's are always changing and new ones are being assigned. Unless you have a static IP, then after router reboot you IP will change as its dynamic. Your ISP can block it of course or it could just be a ban off the site or error.

With all do respect dont talk about something you clearly dont understand. Having a dynamic ip doesnt mean it will change upon reboot. Everyones ip is dynamic unless you buy a static plan. The ip is assigned from a menory block which generates a range, that range then randomizes which gives you 2 types of an internet protocol addresses, Private and public. Your private and public are then assigned to the ipv4/6. Sony does ip ban but mr uncertifed network specialest thinks he knows all. I have been ip banned by sony which when you call they ask you to vist a psn site and if you throw an error like in my gif you were ip ban.

ISPs use a dynamic assignment to auto generate an ip when setting up the router. They only true way to obtain a new ip is calling and having them assign a new one or changing the mac which in most cases now a days isnt possible due ISPs mac locking your devices.

But i mean what do i as a ceh oscp,wp,ce,ee cisco certified

Well my private IP changes after reboot. That I've seen its always the dynamics that do, while statics don't change. Maybe it depends on the provider? If it is true, well it's super rare then. Chances are very low. Most likely his CID over anything.

Your Mac address is banned not your IP. You can try and call sony and ask them why you are banned but most of the time they email you why you were banned and the reason
