Secondly, you dont get MAC banned from PSN, you only get MAC banned from games. The only thing PSN will ever ban is your account or your CID. Never, ever will they touch your network. And with IPs resetting at the restart of a router, it only changes if your IP is dynamic. Which most people have, but not everyone has it. If you are trying to check if your IP is dynamic, go You must login or register to view this content. and click on the IP, and look for "assignment" and if its dynamic, just reset your router for about 15 minutes and you will have a new IP. If its static you will need to contact your ISP, say you have been being DDoSed and you need your IP changed, they will change it.

work perfect until yesterday.
(about 1 year working)

then i changed 100% private cids. and sign in Confirmation, OK.
but After a few minutes i got banned private cids. lost private cid total 3 "SAME DAY".

whats cause?

you never know when a CID is 100% private unless you flashed a ps3 and got it yourself. so my assumption would be that whoever sold you the CIDs were also reselling those IDs to other people and then those other people got the IDs banned. Stop buying form who you are buying from

theses 3 private cid, i bought 2 years ago. and yesterday i have test theses ids work or ban. all work.

There is no reason to IP ban though, its fucking stupid. All you have to do is wait literally 15 minutes and you are back. That would also ban random people connecting from recycled dynamic IPs. Even on the docket thread you linked, the first suggestion was that PSN was offline. They may be able to do it, but they wont. But using their money to find someone that created the first jailbreak for a console. Thats completely correct on their part.

the first time you get ip ban its a 48 hr ban.

GEOHOTs was sued for releasing copy righted keys not the cfw, they went after any person that view a video on his channel or viewed his site. if you remember back then his site also had information on ios jailbreaking which is why it breaks the privacy act as gorge hots was on trial not the public.
